Buyer’s Agent Commission Rates
10% commission on all purchases and sales
Commission includes up to to 20 hours of service including, but not limited to: video review, communication with seller/agents, arrangement of PPE, and shipping.
Additional Expenses
Travel expenses paid by buyer
Additional services are offered at $75 per hour
Consultation on local purchases may be handled differently, depending on the time spent and the buyer’s needs
